<p>At the touch of a button, Autoslide screens are easy to open and close, providing
ease and simplicity in use. With low operating forces and remote control, everyone
can use Autoslide screens to provide air,safety, protection and attractive, welcoming reception
areas.</p>
<p> Your screens are delivered fully assembled with the motor control and mechanism
concealed within the frame. The control switch and power transformer are pre-wired
and ready to plug in. </p>
Autoslide PVC framed sliding windows are fitted with an autostop feature to maintain a 20mm gap for documents to pass through. Speech can usually be heard through the gap between the fixed and sliding glasses even though the screen is closed.
Autoslide screens can be provided with any thickness of safety, anti-vandal or anti-ballistic glass to meet any assessed risk. Where there is a screen with several service positions, panic buttons can be provided at each position so that any operator can close all positions at twice the normal speed. Fire resistant glass can be used, in steel frames, where a screen must also function as a fire wall. These screens use an independent power supply and will close automatically when connected to fire detection systems.
All autoslide screens lock automatically on closing. Some screens can be fitted with intermediate locking systems which operate at 50mm intervals to prevent forcible opening of a partially open screen.
